Welcome to RiskModels. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the RiskModels platform, services, and website (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our Service.

• You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service.
• You represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
• If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

• Risk Analysis: We provide analytical tools and insights to help you understand portfolio risk factors.
• Hedge Recommendations: We may suggest hedging strategies based on statistical models and historical data analysis.
• Portfolio Integration: Optional integration with financial institutions via Plaid to analyze your holdings.

• Our Service provides analytical tools and information only. We do not provide personalized investment advice, recommendations, or guidance.
• Past performance is not indicative of future results. Factor exposures and hedge recommendations are based on historical data and statistical models, which may not accurately predict future market behavior.

• TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RISKMODELS AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
• Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless RiskModels, Blue Water Macro Corp, and their officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
